What is your return policy

I stand behind every coffee that I source and roast. If the coffee your purchased isnt 100% to your liking please contact us directly so I can make it right. For all products we offer a 100% refund if the coffee is not what you were looking for

How do I get my coffee?

We currently offer two options for home delivery. If you live in Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge we will deliver it directly to the provided address for a $5 delivery fee. I process all order within 24 hours of the order being placed on our website and will deliver it as soon as it is processed. If you live outside of those towns we ship it to you based on the rate calculated by Canada Post and will ship it to you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Can I get your coffee in the USA?

Starting in January of 2026 we now offer shipping directly to the USA and the full details can be found here.

What brewing method do you recommend for your coffee?

For all coffees I recommend trying them as a french press first but each coffee can be enjoyed with most brewing methods.

Can you grind my coffee for me?

We believe the best way to enjoy your coffee is to freshly grind it right before brewing. Additionally, each brewing method requires a specific grind size as a coffee ground for espresso will not make a great pour over and vise versa. If you need to know what is the best grind for your brewer please contact me directly and I can help you adjust your grinder to make the best possible coffee at home.
