This coffee was roasted darker then our normal roasts in order to add more body and roast character while still keeping the coffee’s natural flavor. The flavors you can expect from this roast is dried fruit, roasted nuts, and dark chocolate.

Clementino and his brothers are among the first, if not the very first, to begin growing coffee in the small hamlet of Selguapa, high up in the Montecillos mountain range. Through their family’s history in coffee growing reaches back to the 1980s it wasnt until 2019 when they started taking steps towards entering a differentiated market for their coffees.
